Platinum Event Agency provides a free consultation. A Platinum Specialist will meet with you to discuss your event vision and send you a no obligation quote. If you choose to proceed we will prepare a simple letter of agreement.
What if I only want event marketing services – Public Relations and/or Creative?

Will I need staffing services?
Event capacity greater than 50 people we recommend food/beverage service staff to take care of the back of house detail. This guarantees smooth execution of event… while you enjoy the moment! Note: Licensing and security regulations will apply to public events in South Australia – For more information visit www.olgc.sa.gov.au  
Can my attendance and RSVP be managed?
Yes we can do this by providing a personalised service or via a central on line portal. At Platinum we pride ourselves on excellent customer service and utmost confidentiality.  
How do I make sure I don’t overspend my budget?
We work closely with our clients; your Event Specialist will keep you up to date at agreed points throughout the timeframe. If additional services or items are requested we will quote accordingly.  
What about all the extra items to make my event outstanding?
Quotes are done by external partners and therefore you will be subject to their costs and payment terms.

Payment
Services commence upon receipt of payment, refer below for payment schedule:

  • Tax Invoices are 7 day accounts
  • 2% discount applies to 100% upfront payments – NB Not applicable if negotiated discount rate
  • >$5,000 – 4 instalments: 50% upon commencement, 20% at agreed date, 20% at agreed date and 10% on completion
  • >$1,000 – 2 instalments: 90% required on commencement, 10% on completion
  • < or = $1,000 – 100% payable up front

Quotes are done by external partners and therefore you will be subject to their costs and payment terms  
Deposit/Cancellation

  • 90-61 days prior: In the event of the function being cancelled between 90-61 days prior to the function, a cancellation fee of 20 % of the total estimated cost of the function will apply
  • 60-31 Days prior: In the event of the function being cancelled between 60-31 days prior to the function, a cancellation fee of 40 % of the total estimated cost of the function will apply
  • 30-15 Days prior: In the event of the function being cancelled between 30-15 days prior to the function, a cancellation fee of 60 % of the total estimated cost of the function will apply
  • 14 Days or less prior: In the event of the function being cancelled between 14 days prior to the function, a cancellation fee of 100 % of the total estimated cost of the function will apply
